Rules for Chocolate Order Participation:

1. Chocolate lovers only (However - All chocolate lovers are welcome to participate!)

2. All items must be ordered in 5# increments or by the full case except for Oban wafers.  (There is no further discount for ordering by the case.  All products come in 25# cases unless otherwise noted.  Our total order must equal even case lots.)

3. First come first serve - which means waiting to order is a bad idea.  If you order/ pay at the last minute you will have a much greater chance of NOT being able to get what you want.  (This will not apply to persons ordering full cases.)

4. You must be willing to pay wholesale prices instead of retail prices for "America's best guilty pleasure" (Readers Digest May 2004) Example: Williams and Sonoma charges about $9.00 for 16 oz. of Smooth and Melty Mints we pay $10.75 for 5 pounds.

5. Payment must be made prior to the order deadline in order for your order to be part of the BIG ORDER!  (Please Remember that your rank in the order status will be determined by the date your payment is recieved.)
